First, upload your document using our secure upload tool. Your file is automatically loaded into our Translation Management System (TMS), where the text is extracted and analysed.
Instant Analysis & Word Count
Next, our system calculates an accurate word count and identifies any repeated sentences. This ensures you don’t pay twice for the same content. As a result, we can quickly evaluate your requirements and prepare a fair, competitive quote.
–In some cases, we may manually review your files to ensure all content is captured correctly and formatting is preserved before issuing a final quotation.
Receive Your Quote
Once the analysis is complete and the target languages are confirmed, we’ll send you a clear quotation. You can pay securely online and immediately receive your invoice and receipt by email.
–We never process or store card details. All payments are handled entirely through a secure, external payment provider.
Translation Begins
After payment, we prepare your files and assign the most suitable linguistic resources, including translators, editors, and proofreaders. Throughout the project, we keep you informed at all key stages.
Quality Control & Delivery
Before delivery, we carry out final checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and formatting quality. Your completed translation will be delivered on time, directly to your email.
If needed, we may contact you to confirm details such as name spelling or delivery preferences. You’ll always have direct contact details for the project manager handling your job.
