Simply use our upload tool which laods your documnet into our translation management system (TMS) and extrcats the sentences and gives us a word count so we can begin to evaluate your requirments and analyse the text and the quantity , we can then get back to you with a quote and discounts for repeated sentences that you dont need to pay for twice. 

In some cases wene ed to manually review your documentation completeness to ensure all your text is captured and formatted correctly before we can send you an official quotation. 

When we have analysed the requirments for the job and made sure the languages are ok,  we will send you a quote. Pay online securely,  downlaod and recieve your credit card recipet and invoice by email. 

we dont process your card details either, thats done entirely on a secure card processing sever, it never even passes through one of our systems and we dont store any card payment details.

We then start on your translation  extarcting an preparing the files and assigning linguistc resprces, translators , editors and proof readers, you’ll be informed about the progress at all the crucial stages of the process.

We will prepare the final document for delivery, and your translation will be delivered to you in the agreed time directly to your email. We may contact when the job is ready to be delivered to ensure we have the correct address for you or to confirm the spelling of difficult names. you are always free to conatct us at any time, you will have the name email and phone number for the project manager in charge of processing your job.
