First, upload your documents securely using our online upload tool or send them to us by email. We accept a wide range of file formats, including PDFs, Word documents, scanned files, and other common formats.

At this stage, you can also let us know your preferred target language and any specific requirements.

Step 2: Document Review and Analysis

Next, we review your documents to understand the content, format, and language requirements. During this step, we identify any technical, legal, or subject-specific considerations that may affect the translation.

As a result, we can ensure the translation process runs smoothly from the start.

–In some cases, we may manually review your files to ensure all content is captured correctly and formatting is preserved before issuing a final quotation. 

Step 3: Quotation and Confirmation

After reviewing your files, we provide a clear quotation based on the document type, language pair, and turnaround time. There is no obligation to proceed until you approve the quote.

Once you confirm, we schedule your project and begin the translation process.

–We never process or store card details. All payments are handled entirely through a secure, external payment provider. 

Step 4: Professional Translation 

At this point, a qualified professional translator completes the translation. We select translators based on language expertise and subject knowledge, ensuring accuracy and consistency with the original document.

In addition, translators work into their native language to maintain natural and clear wording.

Step 5: Quality Review

After the translation is complete, our team reviews the translated document to check for accuracy, consistency, and formatting. This quality review step helps ensure the final translation reflects the original content correctly.

As a result, the completed document meets professional translation standards.

Step 6: Delivery

Finally, we deliver the completed translation electronically or as a physical copy, depending on your requirements. We aim to deliver translations on time and in the agreed format, so you can use them without delay.
